No. “Maintenance Tool” to be sold by Techno Takatsuki is recommended for maintenance of all models of “Hiblow”. |

How often does a pump need to be cared for? |
| A: |
Clean a filter and
an air nozzle every three months. There is no friction between moving
parts and therefore no need for lubrication. Parts require repair or
maintenance at least once a year. |

Do not give extreme vibration to pumps. Do not drop. Do not turn over. Do not stack over specified height. |

a sewage treatment system, ask an expert to install it. In case of
other purposes refer to “Installation” of this manual. |
| EXPECTED LIFE SPAN |

How long is the expected life span of “Hiblow”? |
| A: |
It depends on model
and use pattern. As to C, GP and HP series, in case they are used at a
continuous operation at an ambient temperature between 10? and 30? and
at a normal pressure, their average life is three to five years.
However diaphragms and air valves are consumable parts. Replace
diaphragms and valves with new ones at least once a year or one and a
half years in order to maintain their initial performance. |

Can “Hiblow” be used for gas other than air? |
| A: |
“Hiblow” is designed
to pump air. “Hiblow” can not be used for corrosive gas, inflammable
gas and so on. Excepting that, “Hiblow” can be used for some
composition of air. Make inquiries for further information. |
